LAB400 Flash Card Labeller
The LAB400 flash card labeller has been designed to apply labels accurately and quickly to flash memory cards, such as Compact Flash, MMC and SD cards at up to 6500 per hour.
The memory cards are automatically fed from a hopper to the label head, a printed label is applied with a high level of accuracy. The labelled cards can then be collected in an optional output hopper or upstacker which stacks the labelled cards neatly for further processing.
The LAB400 memory card label applicator can be used as a standalone unit or can be easily incorporated in a production conveyor line. Designed specifically for Flash Memory, the LAB400 sets a new standard in labeling efficiency. Labels are applied in a fraction of the time required to manually apply them which increases productivity by up to 400% and reduces labeling errors.

VS350 Universal Labeller
Our Universal Labeller can apply labels or barcodes to a wide variety of products at up to 4000 items per hour. The VS350 can label CD envelopes, CD jewel cases, DVD cases, audio cassettes, in fact any product with a flat surface to maximum height of 2" (50mm) and width of 8.3" (210mm).

Labels can be in either fan fold or reel format. The VS350 can be used as a standalone unit or incorporated in a conveyor production line. Multiple units can be placed in line to form a complete tabbing, labeling and bar- coding system.

Optional extras are available which mean it can automatically dispense paper, plastic and tyvek disc sleeves plus CD jewel cases. It can also automatically fold the flaps on the disc sleeves.
A tabber can also be added which allows the Universal Labeller to apply and fold sealing tabs/labels round the edge of CD/DVD cases and open ends of cardboard sleeves. The tabs/labels can be paper or plastic, clear or solid.
